EG777 Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing or using any part of the EG777 platform at eg777.click, including but not limited to registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion or using the live chat support service, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them without qualification.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and EG777. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the EG777 platform immediately and close your account if one has been created.

EG777 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of an updated version constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review the current Terms and Conditions periodically. The date of the most recent revision is shown at the top of this page.

To register and maintain an EG777 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout the life of your account:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. EG777 strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not already hold an existing EG777 account. Only one account per person is permitted.
• You must not be a current or former employee of EG777 or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information during the registration process. This includes your real name, valid contact details and a working payment method in your name.

EG777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address or documentation confirming ownership of your payment method. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account restriction or closure.

Providing false information during registration or any subsequent verification process is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.

You are solely responsible for the security of your EG777 account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password, not sharing your login credentials with any other person and logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.

EG777 will never ask you to provide your password through any channel – not via email, live chat, SMS or any other communication method. Any message claiming to be from EG777 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

In the event that you believe your EG777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify EG777 support immediately at support@eg777.click. EG777 accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the cause is the player's failure to maintain adequate credential security.

EG777 accounts must be kept in good standing. Accounts with zero balance that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. EG777 may charge a monthly dormancy fee on accounts that remain inactive after the 12-month threshold, provided the account balance remains above zero. You will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

All financial transactions on EG777 are conducted in Pakistani rupees (PKR). EG777 does not apply currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The amount you deposit in Rs is the amount available to wager, and the amount you win is paid out in the same Rs denomination.

EG777 accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Easypaisa mobile wallet
• JazzCash mobile wallet
• NayaPay digital wallet
• SadaPay digital wallet
• Bank transfer via IBFT (Interbank Funds Transfer)
• Visa and Mastercard bank-issued cards

The minimum deposit at EG777 is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal is also Rs 500. EG777 does not charge a platform fee on withdrawals. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside EG777's control.

Withdrawals are processed by the EG777 finance team during standard business hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 3–5 minutes of approval. IBFT bank transfers typically arrive within 30 minutes during banking hours. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

EG777 reserves the right to request that withdrawals be returned through the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies equally to all players regardless of account standing.

All payment methods used on your EG777 account must be registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. EG777 may request documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used on your account.

EG777 offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including deposit match bonuses, free spins packs, cashback offers and PSL-specific season promotions. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

All EG777 bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed clearly on the promotion page before you accept the bonus. It is your responsibility to read and understand these requirements before opting in.

General bonus rules applicable to all EG777 promotions:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household address and per payment method. Multiple accounts claiming the same bonus constitute abuse and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• EG777 bonuses cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other promotions unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• EG777 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of withdrawal will be honoured under the original terms.
• Certain games may contribute at a reduced rate or zero rate toward bonus wagering requirements. The contribution rate for each game category is specified in the individual promotion terms.
• If a player attempts to withdraw funds before completing the wagering requirement on an active bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from the account before the withdrawal is processed.
• Any winnings generated through a bonus that EG777 determines were obtained through exploitation of a game, glitch or promotion loophole will be voided.

All games available on EG777 use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) software to determine game outcomes. The RNG certification ensures that each outcome is genuinely random and that no party – including EG777 itself – can predict or influence the result of any individual game round.

Game outcomes displayed on the EG777 platform are final. In the event of a technical error – such as a disconnection during a game round, a display error or a malfunctioning game – EG777 will investigate the specific incident. Where an error is confirmed to have affected the fairness of an outcome, EG777 will void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. EG777 is not liable for any consequential losses arising from technical disruptions outside its direct control.

Players must not use automated betting software, bots, scripts or any third-party tool to interact with EG777 games in a manner that is not consistent with genuine human gameplay. Detection of automated gameplay will result in account suspension pending investigation and potential permanent closure.

The published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot game represents a long-term statistical average calculated over millions of game rounds. Individual session outcomes will vary significantly from the published RTP and no individual session payout is guaranteed.

EG777's sportsbook, including PSL cricket betting, is governed by these general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific sports betting rules displayed within the PSL Betting section. In the event of any conflict between these general terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules take precedence.

All sports bets at EG777 are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed. EG777 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation. This is a standard sportsbook operation practice and is not an indication of any problem with your account.

Match result bets will be settled on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body – for PSL matches this is the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB). In the event of a match being abandoned before a result is achieved, settlement rules applicable to the specific market type will apply as described in the PSL Betting section rules.

In-play (live) betting markets at EG777 are offered at EG777's discretion and may be suspended or removed at any time during a live match without notice. Bets that have been accepted before a market suspension will be honoured at the accepted odds provided the result of the bet can still be determined from the completed match.

Voided bets are returned to the player's account as a stake refund. Void bets do not contribute to wagering requirements on active bonuses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on EG777 and will result in immediate account suspension, investigation and potential permanent closure with forfeiture of funds:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.
• Match fixing or insider betting: Placing bets on sports events where you have access to non-public information that could influence the outcome, or where you have any involvement in influencing the outcome of the event.
• Bonus abuse: Creating multiple accounts, using a third party's identity, or employing any other method to claim promotional bonuses more than once or in a manner not intended by EG777.
• Money laundering: Using EG777 as a mechanism to transfer, conceal or legitimise funds derived from any illegal activity. EG777 is required by its financial partners to report suspicious transaction patterns.
• Chargeback fraud: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal or dispute with your payment provider on a deposit that was used for genuine gambling activity. Accounts flagged for chargeback abuse will be closed and any winnings voided.
• Automated gameplay: Using any software tool, script or bot to place bets, interact with games or access EG777 services in an automated manner.
• Account sharing: Allowing any other person to access, fund or play on your EG777 account.

EG777 uses automated fraud detection systems alongside manual review. Investigations are conducted fairly and impartially. Players who believe a restriction has been applied incorrectly have the right to appeal through the EG777 dispute resolution process described in Section 15.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal licence to access and use the EG777 platform for your own private entertainment purposes. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EG777 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the EG777 platform.
• Any loss arising from a platform outage, game malfunction or payment processing delay caused by circumstances outside EG777's direct control, including but not limited to internet service disruptions, third-party payment provider outages or acts of God.
• Any indirect, consequential or incidental loss not reasonably foreseeable at the time you entered into these Terms.

EG777's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms limits EG777's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

EG777 collects and processes personal data from registered players in order to operate the platform, process payments, verify identities, prevent fraud and comply with applicable legal obligations. The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by the EG777 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

By creating an EG777 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to the personal data EG777 holds about you, to request correction of inaccurate data and, in certain circumstances, to request deletion of your data. Such requests should be submitted to support@eg777.click.

You may close your EG777 account at any time by contacting support@eg777.click. Upon receiving a valid closure request, EG777 will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any pending bonus wagering) will be returned to your registered payment method.

EG777 reserves the right to close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity
• Failure to complete identity verification within the requested timeframe
• Detection of prohibited automated gameplay or account abuse

Where an account is closed by EG777 due to a verified breach of these Terms, EG777 reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance. Where closure is initiated by EG777 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any remaining balance will be returned in full.

EG777 may update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, EG777 will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a period of at least 7 days before the revised terms take effect.

Changes to these Terms that are required by law or that are necessary to address a security or fraud risk may take effect immediately without advance notice. In such cases, EG777 will communicate the change as quickly as practicable.

Your continued use of the EG777 platform after any revision to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using EG777 and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your EG777 account, a game outcome, a payment or any other matter arising from these Terms and Conditions, please follow the EG777 dispute resolution process:

• Step 1 – Contact Support: Raise your complaint through EG777 live chat or by emailing support@eg777.click. Please include your account username, a clear description of the issue and any relevant dates or transaction references. EG777 aims to acknowledge all support queries within 1 business day.
• Step 2 – Formal Complaint: If your query is not resolved satisfactorily at the support level, you may escalate it as a formal complaint by emailing support@eg777.click with the subject line "Formal Complaint". Formal complaints will be reviewed by the EG777 compliance team and a written response will be provided within 10 business days.
• Step 3 – Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied after the formal complaint process, EG777 will provide details of the applicable external dispute resolution mechanism at that time.

These Terms and Conditions are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity in translation or interpretation, the English-language version takes precedence.
